Original Material

All material produced by Melcre Pictures, which may include but is not limited to video, characters, artwork, voices, sound effects, props, logos, names, designs, and scripts is solely owned by Melcre Pictures Media and by the associates who create them unless otherwise stated. All material made by associates either for or alongside Melcre are to be allowed for reuse purposes at Melcre for potential tie-in material, promotional material, Scout Awards material, or for future installments of a series unless otherwise stated via writing to Melcre Pictures Media.

Using Copyrighted Material

Melcre Pictures produces content that may contain copyrighted material in them, which may include but is not limited to music, characters, artwork, voices, sound effects, props, logos, names, designs, scripts, and video. Melcre would only use them either through parody, background prop, object, or obscure character through a reference, or as a medium for the artwork to be expressed freely. All forms are protected through the usage of fair use or through legally obtained permission from the copyright owner.

Outside Usage of Original Material

All Melcre Pictures videos and artwork are available on the internet for free, and do not intent to change that at this present moment. However, Melcre reserves the right to unlist, private, delete, or relocate videos and images from their public YouTube page, Instagram page, Twitter/X page, Bluesky Page, Threads page, or the Melcre Pictures Website at any time. We do not allow the resale or distribution, reposting, remixing, or unauthorized edits to our videos, images, or music from Melcre Audioworks without the express written consent of Melcre Pictures Media and other involved parties.
